ANDREW’S VISION: Andrew Wendt believes in helping clients be where they want to be both physically and financially. He knows all things are possible by making smart real estate investments and loves to help his clients realize their goals.
ANDREW’S EXPERIENCE: Beginning his career in 2007, Andrew has seen several market shifts and has learned to find opportunity in any market. Launching Be Realty in 2012 he serves as President and can bring expertise in navigating residential, commercial and investment transactions. Before becoming a broker, Andrew worked in residential development and construction, allowing him to step in as a pre-inspector for his clients. Andrew serves on the Community Development committee in the Lakeview neighborhood where the Be Realty office is located.
ON A PERSONAL NOTE: Andrew and his family live in the Avondale neighborhood of Chicago where they are planning several remodeling projects to turn their house into their “forever home.” (Ask him how he found a property with a pool on a standard Chicago lot.) You’ll find Andrew enjoying all Chicago has to offer at Cubs games, concerts and eating out. Andrew is a dreamer who finds passion in helping his clients make their personal and family dreams a reality by making smart and timely real estate decisions. |
