I really can’t say enough good things about Be Realty. I know people say that all of the time, but in this case it’s well-deserved. I honestly could write a novel about all of the positive experiences we had with Andrew, Lynn, and the rest of the team. We started the search for our first home in January and weren’t entirely sure what were we were looking for. Andrew was so diligent and patient with us in those first couple of months, and we were getting close to buying when COVID hit. Fast forward a couple of months of hand-holding and multiple assurances that we were still going to find a home, that it was going to work out… and we were making our first offer. We couldn’t believe it! Unfortunately, it didn’t work out (and neither did the next 4) but finally we found the perfect first home. Throughout the rollercoaster that was this 9-month process, Andrew was there every step of the way. My partner and I both ask a lot of questions and we never felt like we were a burden. In fact, a testament to Andrew’s dedication to his clients: he viewed and helped us to put an offer on our home the day before he was scheduled to become a father for the first time. And when Lynn stepped in to shepherd the deal through and we knew we were in good hands. Their personalized service didn’t stop after the sale, though. He’s since helped us to find a great handyman and offer us tips as first-time landlords. I’ve told all of my friends that are considering buying homes to give Andrew a shot and I implore you to do the same. You won’t be disappointed.
